Living History Dance is a group of Cincinnati, OH instructors specializing in vernacular dances of the 20th century, that still have active communities today.  We offer instruction at all levels- whether you've never danced before, or you're looking to perform and compete.  We place value on both the historical aspects of the dance and the modern evolution of the dance, and encourage our students to explore the world of dance both as historians, and as members of a living culture.

Mike is a wonderful full-time dancer, instructor, DJ, and competitor.  Now based out of Cincinnati, OH, she's constantly traveling all over the States.  She's nationally known in Blues and Lindy-Hop circles, but that's not all: she's also accomplished in Balboa and Argentine Tango.  This is one gal you definitely want to learn from.

Davis is a sick dancer and teacher, spanning a wide range of dances including Lindy Hop, Charleston, Balboa, West Coast Swing, and Blues.  He's an accomplished performer and competitor, including winning 1st Place in the Advanced Jack & Jill division at the International Lindy-Hop Championship (ILHC) 2009.

Reuel [Roo-el] - n.  1. A badass dancer.  2. What the ladies want.  3. A tall gentleman.

All joking aside, Reuel is one of my favorite leads to watch.  His dancing is very clean, and more often than not has quite a bit of tongue-in-cheek.  Residing in Nasheville, TN now, he's been teaching for close to 10 years.  Another consumate performer and competitor, Reuel has won more competitions than you can shake a stick at.
